Our technicians are factory trained by HP, Epson,Brother,Lexmark and Bixolon to service all their latest printing and imaging equipment.They have all the necessary parts, tools, and full technical knowledge to solve all your printing issues in a single service call.We have a very quick response time of 2-3 hours after a call is placed.A technician will contact the customer and set up an appointment for service.This response time applies to customer locations within a 20 mile radius.There is a travel charge for service calls outside this 20 mile radius.

We only use genuine spare parts for all repairs.Since we are an authorized service facility for most major brands.All the repairs and services that we offer both in house and onsite carry a warranty of 90 days from the date of the service.

Please note that the estimate fee of $49.95 is charged upfront when the printer is dropped off at our location. The estimate fee is deducted from the final repair charges. Estimate fee is not refunded if the repair is declined.

NOTE: If equipment is not picked up after the completion of work it will become property of deens electronics. If we are unable to determine intermittent problems associated with your products. We have the right to send it to the manufacture on behalf of the authorized service center with or without customer approval. If shipment is lost refund will be issued only after claim is processed.
